On April 13, 2016, Joe Judge of Judge Inspections conducted a home inspection of our new condo I believe he had then sent us the inspection report via e-mail, but upon looking for the report sometime in June (because I wanted to check on something in the report), I couldn't find it in my Inbox So, I sent an e-mail to the company, asking if they could re-send the inspection report via e-mail I received a reply from an administrative employee, saying she had let Joe know about my request and he would be in touch
A week and a half later, I still hadn't heard from Joe, so I sent a folle-mail on July This e-mail received no reply
On July 19, I called the company and again spoke to an administrative employee who said she could not help me or send me the inspection report- only Joe could handle it She gave me his cell phone number and suggested I call him, which I did I left a voicemail since there was no answer
Three days later, I had received no respons
This establishment exceeded my expectationsFrom the food to the customer service, the experience was awesome! Thank you Johnny for such great customer service we will be back!
