[The company is responsible for picking up the trash on Tuesdays and Fridays and have not done so It is their job to do so, not the town's responsibility And by them saying I have no clue what I am talking about is just plain rude Obviously they don't want to do the job they have signed on for If that is the case, they should give the job to someone who will do their job, picking up trash and recycling without making a mess on the street and picking up the trash on said assigned days I will also be contacting the town in that AAA carting not only doesn't do their job which they are paid to do, but are rather rude people If they don't want to do anything about this that's their problem but everyone who searches AAA Carting through Revdex.com should be able to see that they are using a company with no work ethic and rude people I would never by choice use this disgrace of a company No one else should have the displeasure of their so called "business"

We informed the customer of all the chargesWe just put an authorization on the card it is not a chargeIt is to protect our company from being beat out of the over weightsIt is to protect usIt is exactly what a hotel does to protect them from damage done to their hotel

I really do not see what the problem is hereHe admits to knowing everything in the complaint so what is the pointThe hold we do not control that is the credit card company he needs to take that up with themProtection for his driveway is his responsibilityCalling on the *** is correct he
would not know if there was a charge since we charged it on the *** So again I do not even understand what the point of this complaint isHe did not call with any driveway damage until he learned of the overweight so it obviously wasn't of great importance to him

The customer canceled service after our automatic system charged the card. The amount will be readjusted and credited to the card. Also someone should have the husband of the person arrested for the comments he made to the people at my office callin everyone here a bunch of *ssholes and we should...

all go fk ourselves. I do not know how someone could marry a man that speaks to woman and men that way. He should be ashamed of himself. Is there anywhere I can report them for being horrible customers and speaking down to people and not treating us like humans. Please let me know where I can complain about them.

This customer has actually no clue what they are talking about. This is a town contract. If she is not happy with the service she needs to contact the town.

 The point is that I have damage to the driveway regardless if  I complained the day the dumpster was removed or today. Precaustions should have been taken by AAA to place down protection boards.
