Ms [redacted] came into our office/model on the late afternoon of the 6th of JulyMs [redacted] made application on that visit but did not have her check book she said she would return on Thursday the 7th of JulyMs [redacted] was told it would take a couple of days to complete the application? process Ms [redacted] did return on the 7thwith a check already written out for the ? $app fee, and $for the depositThe deposit allows us to assign an apartment and ensure completion of the application process to lease signingMs [redacted] was assigned apartment [redacted] Dr43229.Ms***'s application was processed on the 7th of July, and she was contacted on Friday the 8thof JulyMs [redacted] was told she was approved for a leaseMs [redacted] said she would be in on Monday the 11thof JulyMs [redacted] did not call or come in on Monday, but did call? Tuesday afternoon (12th of July)Ms [redacted] said she was promised the apartment on Saturday, but our office was closed Saturday, so she did not want to rent from usI explained over the phone that the office was open for it's regular posted hoursI was not sure what she was talking aboutLater that day? Ms [redacted] came to the officeMs [redacted] was angry and aggressive,? accusing my staff and myself that our office was closed Friday, Saturday and MondayI tried to talk with her regarding the apartment that we had and she told me she did not want itMs [redacted] repeated over and over, that she wanted the apartment Saturday.? Ms [redacted] demanded I give her back her check, because she did not sign a leaseI tried to explain her that her check was deposited at the bank on Thursday the 7th of July.Ms [redacted] and her daughter came into the office on Wednesday 13th of July with a letter for an attorney.I am in contact with our attorney at this pointMy staff has not been misleading, unprofessional or aggressive, nor have IWe have an application process which includes a withdraw processMs [redacted] on her on freewill made application and I processed it in good faithMs [redacted] said she needed the apartments as soon as possible, but did not make it clear she need the apartment? by SaturdayI will remind you my staff spoke to Ms [redacted] on Friday and she did not request a Saturday moat that timeShe wanted to come in on Monday.?
