Aid. A denial was received as he was not enrolled. The charge therefore was billed to his mother, [redacted]. His mother brought a copy of [redacted]'s [redacted] health insurance card January, 18, 2017 and asked his bill be sent to them. On the insurance card the effective date is 1/1/2017, the circumcision was performed prior to this. Therefore the responsibility was turned to the mother again, we have talked to her via telephone on multiple occasions and have conveyed this to her.
