Terrible customer service! Tom did a good job refinishing my downstairsHowever, garbage from the job was left in my lawn two days in a rowThe face to my electrical box was taken off and left on my basement floor, never replacedI had to postpone part of the job because of some unexpected renovation situationsWhen trying to reschedule, Scott was not very professionalWe finally agreed on a day to finish the job, and no one ever showed upNo call, no e-mail, nothingI already paid the majority owed and feel like I was totally screwedI would not recommend these guys to anyone

We had our floors destroyed by water, and had used Scott's business in the past, so we hired him to put down new hardwood flooring, and he was willing to do the job on short notice He ended up delaying the project twice, and then because of time constraints (we had tenants coming in) he ended up installing pre-finished flooring The job is terrible First, we were promised insulation between the floor (concrete slab) and the floor and never got that Second, the one transition that he did finish was finished very poorly - uneven and unfinished Most importantly, he never finished the transitions between two of the bedrooms and the back door -- completely un-done! He promised to return the next week because he didn't have all the materials neededThat was June 15, 2016, and after many phone calls, texts, and emails, he has not returned I intend, as I told him, to sue for work undone and shoddy installation This was an $job that looks very unprofessional We would never
