Contacted Scott Maley, owner of Superior Reflections to install wood flooring in three rooms and tile in one Originally contacted in Feb, and paid 50% as deposit toward purchase of materials ($3600) Scott proposed an initial start date of March, Between March and November Scott rescheduled times and finally promised to start in mid-Nov or provide a refundNever showedClaimed he needed to return materials but never produced a receipt or materials Claimed busy with other jobs, claimed illness, claimed father died (thankfully we have reason to believe the latter was a fabrication) Yet had a constant and regular series of always positive (suspicious?) reviews on [redacted] during this period We finally demanded a full refund in late November at which point he stopped communicating Sued Scott In [redacted] small claims for the $owed plus our time missed from work and expenses related to pursuing the claim Case was heard and we won a judgement a

Super Reflection Floors (owner Scott Maley) have been hired by me to extensive h/w flooring and tiling in my house, invoice # [redacted] of Aug 12, (should be 2015) for $19, A big part of the bill was putting a new oak stairs and the landing connecting the two floors in the house The installed oak stair treads are all glued up pieces 1" thick with a 1-1/2" thick bullnoseOn one of those treads the bullnose broke off a couple of weks before Xmas because it is not supported by the riserIn fact, at least out of installed treads have the very same issueMr Maley admitted in his SMS to me that his other clients have the exact same problem and it required replacing of all the treads and redoing the assemblySince Dec until now Mr Maley issued countless promises to come over and fix the issue "next week", and now he simply ignores my messages

Absentee owner, broken promises, does not supervise workers, poor workmanshipOwner, Scott, is unprofessional, borderline belligerent We hired SR based on a great quoteBut, you get what you pay forBroken and damaged floors and no-shows for days/weeks at a time Please read the reviews of Superior Reflections carefully, we regret our decision

Scott M***-owner of Superior Reflections cam to Pine Street to quote refinishing hardwood floors on April 23th
quote was $2,Scott asked for 50% down or $1,000,I gave him a check on May third-which was cashed immediately
the job was to be done on May19thand I contacted Scott the day prior to confirm-was not able to due the job we rescheduled for the following week and again Scott could not perform the jobI asked for my deposit bask and was told ok-NEVER SENT.I have called e-mailed more than times and now no responseMY $ 1,deposit has yet to be returned

Terrible customer service! Tom did a good job refinishing my downstairsHowever, garbage from the job was left in my lawn two days in a rowThe face to my electrical box was taken off and left on my basement floor, never replacedI had to postpone part of the job because of some unexpected renovation situationsWhen trying to reschedule, Scott was not very professionalWe finally agreed on a day to finish the job, and no one ever showed upNo call, no e-mail, nothingI already paid the majority owed and feel like I was totally screwedI would not recommend these guys to anyone

We had our floors done by Scott and we are very happy with the results and the price was right!
