04/30/2016To Whom it concern, This is regarding the complaint that is filed in hear the complain number is [redacted] .This is not true, She was to complain About giving me and her ex husbund the wrong title in the first place And after wards her husbund came in then we checked it out and she had to bring in the correct title to be transferred over to him with the truck and she had to transfere the vehicle back to her She was upset when found out she had to pay to to have this all transferred back There was a charge to transfere back every thing back to her She paid hers, and he paid hisAll I can do is do what the customer needs to have done Her husband had to call her to get the correct title to his truck They were in the middle of a dispute between them selfs and I end up in the middleI am sorry for the problems they have She is taken out of me And I can not help that she has to pay what the DMV charges I do not make anything for my timeSharons NotarySharon C

I am rejecting this response because:sharon was aware the title should have said tk because she was told a *** *** was being transferredWhen we went to switch the correct title over I also told her that I called the DMV and they said I didn't need another registration since I had gotten one weeks before She went ahead and did one any way .charged me for it and added 100,miles to my car which caused me to have to redo the title again and cost me another $
