the rav-I do, however have the buyers guide signed by your wife stating that you understand the vehicle is being purchased as-isYour complaint also coincides with the understanding that you purchased a vehicle with no implied warranty or promises to fix any issues disclosed or notI apologize for any miscommunication, if at any time in the future you are able to find some supporting documentation that we were going to resolve a problem with the vehicle I will be more than happy to take care of it.-Ronnie K***

I am rejecting this response because: My name is *** *** and I am responding to sharp auto's reply they verbally promised to fix it let us leave for a couple hours and come back it didn't give us anything documented as to whether saying that they sell very dangerous vehicles and they are being very very own business like in their conductthey were very unprofessional and they lied and now they want to avoid what they didI would like to know if there's someway I can further challenge the business as being corrupt please let me know I will pursue any and all manners legally because they are faulty and I guess the media would be a next venue. Prior to just sell the verbal contract not written was that you would fix it we went to lunch for a couple hours come back you said you tighten it all up when we took it to the mechanics it was snapped and broken there's no way you could've did that fixing you claim to have you lied to sell the vehicle
