Sharp Business Systems

The business I work for is collateral damage of our old copier company (Preferred) being absorbed by SharpSince February, every interaction has been headache inducing
Sharp cancelled our auto-payment without giving us any notice and has no auto pay option availableAlthough we have signed up for paperless billing, they inexplicably will send us invoices in the mail periodicallyThey call for monthly meter reads a week and half after just emailing the numbers to themThey don't confirm toner orders placed and it takes multiple contacts to confirm that, yes, the order has been madeTheir sales staff cold-calls the office as if we are not already customers! Their incompetence knows no bounds!
Although some of the staff from Preferred remains, it's like working with martiansThey have no clue what's going onThey use old contact info (staff that hasn't worked here in years)They don't respond to calls or emailsIt took months for them to issue a credit to our account for a duplicate chargeAnd now THAT'S causing problemsIf you complain to them, they are rude, unhelpful and may even hang up on you without transferring you to the correct contactSome customer service training is desperately needed
AVOID SHARPWe are looking at all our options to end our relationship with this nightmare company despite having been with Preferred for yearsSave yourself the pain and look elsewhere for your copier needs
