I hired Sharp Construction to install a very difficult thin glass tile backsplash They were professional, and honest, and did a great job overall There were some challenges with the finished product particularly on finished edges, but where they really won points for integrity is that they came back after the job was done, and really pushed the extra mile to "Make it right", and recut the tiles and re install them
John Sharp (owner) is a man of integrity, and his team's commitment to a happy customer that has no regrets about the end product and the "do whatever it takes" to make them happy attitude I saw throughout my days with them onsite was a real testament to their professionalism

Around the month of June, in 2016, I had requested the services of Mr*** ***, given the fact that I had needed laminate flooring installed in my houseIt was not too long after the job was completed and I had paid off Mr*** that I had begun to notice that my closet doors were sliding with much difficulty within their tracksApparently the rails that had been removed as part of the installation process were not put back in place properlyThe end piece that is supposed to go at the edge of a baseboard (for aesthetic reasons) was not placed on one of the baseboards located in the quarter space landing of the stairs.These end pieces were not neglected to be placed on any of the other baseboards located throughout the house yet in that one before-mentioned instance it seemed the wood was just sawed off and that was deemed to be the end of it by the workersThere are three fairly decent sized gaps where there should be flooring but there is noneThe most frustrating issue howev

As soon as I read this complaint I called Mrs. [redacted] directly, we made an appointment to install the transitions that had came up. On 2/23/17 we met up and took care of the flooring issues. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were completely satisfied with the work.
