I have been a customer of Sharp Energy for over eight years. And consistently over the year
the customer service has gone from really poor to terrible.
When I first moved into Plantations and rented a place that had very high utility bills. I was asked to pay a $500 deposit which I did though my utility bills never went over $300.
Four years later I moved to another place in Plantations and the average energy bill was $30.00 per month. It took about 5 months to convince someone that they could not legally hang on to that much of my money.
Now over 4 years later, I left Plantations. I called on June 20 and advised the same rude woman
who handles phone calls that I was moving that day. She said she would turn off the propane on Monday. I also asked to have the balance taken out of my bill and the rest returned to me.
By Wednesday I was getting bill after bill from Sharp demanding payment and threatening to turn the oil off. I called the same rude woman who told me she couldn't do anything for me until I paid my bill.
I then sent a letter to the manager of Sharp, explaining the problem. He didn't even respond but asked the same rude women to call me and tell me the check was in the mail. It never came.
Last week I went to the Revdex.com to fill a complaint. And they have not heard back.
Now this is disgraceful behavior for a utility company or any company. I want my 77.00 back and am tired of the rude customer service.
BTW it was never sent to me.
