I am rejecting this response because:Again Sharp is not being truthfulI let [redacted] know I was submitting a dispute with my bank on 10/15, and I did so on 10/(which was the next business day) the dispute amount was for $Never once have I asked for anything differentI explained this to SharpThis was not disputed with the bank "after" they said they would refund me, but days beforeAgain all I am asking is for my funds to be refunded and promisedOnce that is done I will close the case.thank you

After auditing the customers file, we noticed that no agreement was signed. We sent her an agreement to sign after a full month of service had already been completed. The agreement talks about the pricing (based on weeks to a month) and our “rain Day” policy (On
certain months that have weeks of service.) We bank that extra or a “rainy day” (days of service that we cannot full fill due to rain/sickness/etc.). We also ask our customers to let us know immediately if they are not happy with our service so that we may come back and fix it. The Customer agreed to $for monthly service. In September we performed weeks of service instead of the weeks of service. In October we performed day of service and took one day off due to the fluWe still have more service dates scheduled. The extra day in September and the rain day in October are a wash. If we completed October she would have actually received weeks of service for the two months as promised. We have never had any quality of service complaints from herThe customer wants to cancel just because she believes that we should give her a credit for the one day of service we used as a “rain day credit” but she is also unwilling to pay for the extra day of service in September. We offered to fulfill October and cancel the contract after thatThe customer refused the rest of the service , therefore it was her choice and is still demanding a refundThe month was guaranteed to us by the customer with payment up frontIt is her choice not to continue the serviceBut refunds are not given for customers that change their minds

I am rejecting this response because: I originally hired them for bi-monthly which would mean a refund of because I changed my mind after the damage was done has no bearing on the original hiring services I did call Mr*** and have proof of the call he then proceeded to hang up on me, I am new to the Folsom area and already am disappointed with the way at least some people conduct their business affairs I have pictures but am not sure how to sent them as they are encrypted on my mobile telephone.All I am asking for is $ for the other time that will be uncompleted as I do not want *** Landscaping returned to the property. The cost for a one time clean up is $72.00. Our crew was on the job for 55 minutes and left her property to their satisfaction. Ms. [redacted] only emailed us with her disapproval but no phone call. The bi monthly service was declined resulting in us providing a one time clean up. Our policy is that we...

will be happy to return for a free follow up if there are any services that are not to the satisfaction of the customer. Ms. [redacted]  refused to continue service on her first contact via email (see attachment). A second and third attempt to resolve the issues were made by us via email and another by phone with the result of the customer hanging up on us. At this point we can only accept her request to decline our service and charge her for the service we did perform. We will refund Ms. [redacted] a total of $23.00. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Again Sharp is not being truthful. I let [redacted] know I was submitting a dispute with my bank on 10/15, and I did so on 10/17 (which was the next business day) the dispute amount was for $56.25. Never once have I asked for anything different. I explained this to Sharp. This was not disputed with the bank "after" they said they would refund me, but 10 days before. Again all I am asking is for my funds to be refunded and promised. Once that is done I will close the case.thank you

Rob is very nice, explains everything that is included and of course they are very professional.

They showed up on time, did a wonderful job for my clean up, and not I am going to use them monthly. I would highly recommend them! Love that it’s a family run business.
