I heard back from Tony right after You told me he would pay us by January and he said he would wire the money via Walmart by the end of January. Now it is February and he not only has not sent the money but again is ignoring my emails and texts. I am contacting you again as you you contacting him made it seem like he would follow through so maybe if you contact him again he will truly follow through.
