Re: ID # ***This is in response to the letter of complain that we received on 01/29/We received an approval PO from *** *** *** dated 11/9/2017 to do the septic pumping for this particular customerWe asked the gentleman if the lids were uncoveredHe said no and he
did not know the location of the lidsHe was told that it would cost him $per hour for us to do the digging since his insurance would not pay for this type of laborHe got upset and said "No, they are suppose to pay for it”, at that moment he said to forget itHe called back approxmonths (01/03/2018) later and he said he had dug up one lidHe spoke to *** and *** asked the gentleman if he had dug both lids, the gentleman stated that he had dug only one and that would be sufficient, at that point *** laughed and commented “it must be that deep that you don't want to dig the second one"? He did not want to pay for someone to dig nor he wanted to dig the second one himself eitherHe was told that the service tech would pump as much as he could thru the only lid that was uncoveredSo with that said, we send the pumper truck to pump thru the lid that was exposed with the understanding that is would be $per load billed to *** *** *** for the approved septic pumpingPlease keep in mind that our radius of service is milesThe customer's address exceeds the miles one waymiles round tripThis company has been in business since and so far it has had an outstanding reputation for going far and beyond to service our long and short term customersIn order for us to continue the septic pumping, it would need to be approved by *** *** *** or paid by the customer.*** ***, Mgr.,
