To whom this may concern:Thank you for notifying us of the complaint submitted on 6/8/with an assigned ID of ***This complaint was made by a customer shopping at the Leola Sharp Shopper location in regards to *** ***'s Italian Sausage we offer for saleUpon reviewing documentation of the
complaint we took the following steps.-The first step was contacting the customerOur Operations Manager called the customer to learn how we could remedy the situationThe customer requested we reimburse her for the sausage in the form of a gift card mailed to her residenceIn addition to the refund we included an extra $on the gift cardWe did notice on the complaint that the purchase price was listed for $The correct price is $therefore we refunded the correct amount.-The second step was to test the item in question, *** ***'s Italian SausageWe tested the sausage at several Sharp Shopper locations and found it to be wholesome.If you should have any questions or concerns on this situations please do not hesitate to contact me.Michael S*** Assistant Operations Manager
