Lack of assistance and acknowledgement from the Finance department in regards to agreement discrepancies and removal of optional products I purchased by leased vehicle in Feb and during that time optional packages were added to my accountI have since realized that there were no need for these packages and have been trying to get them removed since Saturday September 23rd, I drove to the Delray location and waited from 12:30pm-2:30pm to see someone from the finance department but was told that due to numerous customer deals being closed out that I would not be able to get my needs met that dayI was told by a manager that someone would contact me on Monday via telephone to complete this task via fax.This still has not been done, and it is now Thursday, September 28th, I have called on average times a day with no response back from the finance manager or anyone in that particular department about my issueUpon speaking with someone from the sales department to se

Usual auto dealer shell game, however, I purchased a vehicle with one key available, OK, figured it was not a issue, took almost a month to get, had to coordinate with their third party motor key vendor and had to drive miles to meet him, 1st time unsuccessfully mind you for his software was not updated and he could not program remote keyGot it on the second try, had to drive miles between both times Auto had a defective rear windshield, could not hear radio while defogger is on, defogger only defogged side wellTheir 3rd party detailers and / or preppers cut up the rear deck and broke some of the grid elements weeks ago, I was told it will be replaced, I stop in to follow up a week ago and I am told it will be a "while", I cannot get a date or approximation, while I am not happy, I go with it I cannot tint windows until this is done Days ago my dad was called and told the rear window was here and when will you bring it in Today 3/I am told I have to either bring it in for photos to be taken to get the windows replaced, So now it suddenly is not in and I have take more steps I cannot believe a dealership will make a new customer go through this nonsense, If I can, I really want to return vehicle, this is Bovine Crud ***, I understand you might be following protocol, but this sux Attilio this is nonsense Anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle @ [redacted] Kia, for the love of god run away as fast as you can, no shortage of dealers around here

I took my car into service for the brake about a month ago and still have the same issue I purchased a ford edge and since I bought it I've had nothing but problems with itAbout a month ago I took it back into service because the brakes gave out AGAIN They said it was services On 12/2/my brakes gave out completely and I almost went head on into a police officer They once again called and said it was fixed, I went today to pick up the car and they couldn't find my keys Then they found my keys then the car wouldn't startMy car is officially not safe to drive and I don't think its fair I have to continuously go through this with the service department I pay for a service and it never gets fixed, its always the same repeated problems over and over

We paid cash for a Mazda CXon March
We received the car
The car did not match the description
The dealership has not given us the title
We have contacted Mazda (the car maker)
This car is supposed to be "certified pre-owned"
We cannot register the car because the dealership repeatedly sends us titles for other cars or titles with incorrect info
We would like to return the car, but understand that might not be possible
We really need the title for the car

Added $charge for ZURICH UPG for paint insurance on 4/21/contractSales mgr provided cancellation form w/ 5/9/cancel date

Purchased a vehicle at Greico Chevrolet in *** *** Paid for vehicle in full with a check, NO FINANCING!
*** the manager and finance department kept pressuring me to finance and told me the price advertised for the car was for a "financed deal" because that is how they make money
I told them I m not interested I financing
They ran a credit check anyway without my permissionUpon doing so I received an alert in addition to my credit score being lowered
When I complained to *** and financing they laughed it off and said since I paid with a personal check they had to make sure I was credit worthy if the check bouncedThis could be consumer fraud or a case of identity fraudI want this unauthorized inquiry removed along with all penalties to be applied
