I just wanted to let you know that today a gentleman from the Sharper Impressions Paint company came out and repainted my back wall and did a great jobI am very thankful that everything is resolvedOnce I notified the Revdex.com, the Sharper Impressions Paint company acted pretty fast in solving the

The scorecard was based on the promise that they will come in and fix the issuesAlso, it is a lie that they came back times to fix issuesThey visited once to fix the issues reported on Deck and promised to come back later for stucco.Tim has been postponing my remaining work since 10months and he made many promises on the datesHe would never show up as promisedI reported to the Corporate in early Nov'and the corporate responded on 11/3/has also promised to fix this issue by end of Nov/Dec 15.Also to say that there are miniscule cracks they did not address is not trueI have sent about 15-pictures of areas that needed attention and Tim has acknowledged theseSome of the pictures are attached.If this a minute job, why have you guys been making promises to come and fix it and postponing this for 10months?

Mr*** has requested us come out to his property for very minor items four times since we completed his painting projectWe have returned four times and fixed his small issuesThe complainant has been very happy with our painting work and return visits as proven by his customer satisfaction
form attachedWe also have multiple before and after photos of his very high quality, completed paint job This issue he is complaining about is three (3) miniscule spider web cracks that he wants caulked/paintedWe met him at his house to see these cracks earlier in the yearThey are so small, you can barely notice them Our Project Manager told him we would return in August when it is hottest and the cracks may expand someThen we would caulk/paint those three super small cracks Just like we told this customer verbally at his home and now in writing, we will be out in August to fix this very minor, five minute issue
