The ***'s were completely satisfied by their paint job when we completed it last Fall
We attached their customer satisfaction survey they filled out upon completion proving their satisfaction
There will be no rebate
There is no
warranty on decks and this is stated in three (3) areas on their signed and written contract
No painter or paint company warranties decks
There is no warranty on horizontal surfaces like their window sills and this is also written under the warranty terms of their signed contract
We did not cause seven window seals to gather condensation
We don't take apart windows and it is clear from our before photos this problem was occurring prior to our arrival
This is a window issue and has nothing to do with our painters or the painting process
Other homes in this neighborhood have a condensation in the window issue also

I will consider the matter resolved as soon as I receive my $4,refund from Sharper Impressions so I can pay another company to properly complete the job I previously paid Sharper Impressions to do as well as repair the damage done to my home by Sharper Impressions
