Contract personnel for Sharper Impressions failed to return to my residence to resolve issues Touch up of paint needed in several spots on house Since painting done, September 19-26, 2016, I have discovered several issues with paint job Issues include former paint bleeding through new paint job, accent paint color on trim paint color, front porch not prepped before painting I have contacted [redacted] , Kansas City Area Manager for Sharper Impressions, by email on 09/28/2016, 10/18/and 10/20/ The contract painting crew didn't show up for a scheduled appointment to resolve the painting issues on 10/31/ I contacted [redacted] by email to let him know the painting contractors didn't show up for the appointment I have not heard from [redacted] since 11/4/

The company provided two painters to paint three rooms in our homeThe workers were greatWorked hard to accomplish the job in less than three days They were able to start the job in the same week we agreed to the estimateThey stuck to the price on the estimate, which we felt was very fair Overall, we are quite satisfied and will use them again

Sharper Impressions Painting of KC is the worst painting company we've ever hiredTheir work was subparThey consistently failed to show up to scheduled meetings for the original painting of our home's exterior and for subsequent warranty work to fix their numerous mistakesWe ultimately had to repaint portions ourselves, to ensure decent quality

We had many quotes, some higher some lower, but must in the same price range as SharperOne reason we picked Sharper Impressions Painting over the others was our first contact with Zach, as he not only addressed issues/concerns we had, he brought up a few trouble areas we missedWe were also very happy to have the chance to work with a color consultant, Emily, who was a big help and so nicePainting a room is one thing; mistakes can be redone with more ease than having to repaint a whole house! We had ordered outside lights which Sharper Impressions Painting put up for us, but ran into another problem do to the size of the base of the lights were larger than the wood blocks on our homeZach and Paul were there with solutions! The two who came did the painting, wood rot repair, lights and so on were not just very kind, but extremely professional and detailed about their workSharper Impressions Painting was great to work with, did a great job and we would call them again if in need!

Never showed up after four different days of me having to contact them to reschedule The one time they did come out was only to "powerwash" my deck in preperation for staining by blowing dirt all over it and making it dirtier than it was when they started I actually had to clean up after they "powerwashed"Thankfully they cancelled my contract before they messed it up even worse
