order to satisfy this customer.The complainant has agreed in whole to this plan.We anticipate completing this before the end of the month.We appreciate the customer meeting with us and coming up with a solution that is fair for both parties.

It took over 45 days to start the job - it was done in less than a week with damage to the siding and it is doubtful they used 2 coats. I can't be 100% sure they used the type of paint I required and requested They also hound you for the final payment within days of finishing. They either are hard up for funds or want payment before the homeowner figures out the job done was substandard. I cannot reccommend this outfit and would suggest that all homeowners look for another company.

I wanted to respond and provide an update.Within a couple days of filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, I was contacted by the original salesperson, Jeff, who stated that he wanted to make the situation right. I met with Jeff on my property to go over the issues one by one. Jeff was sincerely apologetic and confident that the issues could be corrected to our satisfaction. We agreed that some of the wood that wasn't holding pint was due to some of the wood needing replaced, in addition to it not being prepared properly from the beginning. I advised Jeff that I would even be willing to pay for new trim boards in order to get it done right. Jeff agreed to meet me more than half way and said he would give me the wood at cost and they would not charge me for any of the paint labor. We agreed on a price and the work will be done within a few days.Jeff has been outstanding at communicating with me while we work through this issue. I appreciate everything he has done so far and just wish he would've been available from the very beginning. It's unfortunate that it took me filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to start getting some traction. However, I'm just relieved that we are getting this issue resolved once and for all. I'm requesting that this reply get updated with the complaint to show that Sharper Impressions has addressed the issue and I fully anticipate that it will be completed very soon to my satisfaction. I also want to thank the Revdex.com team for what you guys do. I don't know if I would've heard back from them without you guys. Thanks again!
