Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all, this business did not disclose to us that the vehicle they sold ( [redacted] 2011) was involved in an accidentThe time that they showed us that car, they did not show a [redacted] report and since they "pride" themselves on their cars being precertified we bought it not knowing that this car had so many problems and issuesThe only solution that we is agreeable to us is that THEY NEED TO TAKE THIS CAR BACK INTO THEIR LOT AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT or I WILL GO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT All they do is wash their hands nowWhen I brought this car to be fixed, they IGNORED the problem and they let me just drive the car with the mechanic so the mechanic can watch what this car doesHow incompetent and deceitful these ppl areAlso, they never mentioned a warranty when I first brought the car to themInstead, they never mentioned a warranty before only now Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:   I have spoken to the business and was informed that they could not remove the  fraudulent Inquiry now I will be responsible to buy my credit report and dispute...

it.Fields is the responsible party that does have the right to call and remove what they fraudulently pulled( Credit Report). I was told by John not Tim he never called me as he said he would very unprofessional, that once I disputed the credit pull they would have no problem agreeing to the removal.I should not be the one having to Jump through hoops over there mistake.. This complaint should not be swept under the rug it will just happen to others...

When [redacted]'s deal was returned from the bank for stipulations that could not be completed to fund the deal.  We contacted her and asked her to return the car, the miles charge is for the use of the automobile.  There are scanned documents all signed by [redacted] that disclose all...

possible charges. Her refund check is still ready to be picked up less all agreed upon charges in all the documents enclosed.  If there are any more issues in this matter feel free to contact me at [redacted]

We offered to assist the guest with a dispute letter I am not aware of any other issues

We have reached out to the guest and offered to trade her out of the automobile on two different occasions and both times she has said she needs to talk to her [redacted].  I also told her to bring the car into service for no charge to look at her concerns.  Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This response is a flat out lie the business did not offer a dispute letter.Fields needs to be held responable for its dishonest credit pulling practice
