Complaint ID [redacted] January 27, 2017Hello [redacted] ,I received the complaint from [redacted] about her experience with FedExFirst, [redacted] has nothing to do with this serviceThe FedEx drop-off service business name is Sharpsburg Pack & ShipSharpsburg Pack & Ship offers FedEx drop-off service in Sharpsburg, PA as a convenience service for the local residenceWe are compensated $for each package picked up at our locationThe dispute that Ms [redacted] has is with FedEx directlyOn her behalf, the ladies working up front called FedEx and asked FedEx if the package would be delivered on timeFedEx responded that it should be received on time, however to guarantee the delivery the package should have been overnight delivered if it was urgent that the package be received in timeBut Ms [redacted] did not want to pay the extra fee for this serviceWe have no control of how or what FedEx does with their delivery servicesSharpsburg Pack & Ship is a drop off service onlyThe $that she is disputing needs to be requested from FedEx directlyWe do not get any portion of that money, and we are not involved in what FedEx does with the delivery serviceShe can call FedEx directly to try to resolve the issue she has with their delivery serviceI do apologize for Ms [redacted] 's experience with FedEx and her disappointment with Sharpsburg Pack & ShipMy staff tried to be helpful to Ms [redacted] , and they should have just let [redacted] get her own label from FedEx directly so there would not be any confusion to what the relationship is with Sharpsburg Pack & Ship and FedExAny further questions or concerns about this matter please feel free to contact meSincerely, Gerald [redacted] Agency Principal

Ship offers FedEx drop-off service in Sharpsburg, PA as a convenience service for the local residence. We are compensated $0.75 for each package picked up at our location. The dispute that Ms. [redacted] has is with FedEx directly. On her behalf, the ladies working up front called FedEx and asked FedEx if the package would be delivered on time. FedEx responded that it should be received on time, however to guarantee the delivery the package should have been overnight delivered if it was urgent that the package be received in time. But Ms. [redacted] did not want to pay the extra fee for this service. We have no control of how or what FedEx does with their delivery services. Sharpsburg Pack & Ship is a drop off service only. The $61.51 that she is disputing needs to be requested from FedEx directly. We do not get any portion of that money, and we are not involved in what FedEx does with the delivery service. She can call FedEx directly to try to resolve the issue she has with their delivery service. I do apologize for Ms. [redacted]'s experience with FedEx and her disappointment with Sharpsburg Pack & Ship. My staff tried to be helpful to Ms. [redacted], and they should have just let [redacted] get her own label from FedEx directly so there would not be any confusion to what the relationship is with Sharpsburg Pack & Ship and FedEx.
