I am rejecting this response because: the light was still on the next day I returned to the shopI took my car to another repair shop and they were able to repair the light which only needed a bulb replacement, not brakes or rotorsI went back twice to Excon and the tech who did the work wasn't there both timesI was cheated and scammed out of monies for unnecessary repairs that wasn't necessaryI do not ACCEPT their response and I have forewarned all of my friends not to go thereAs I stated the light is gone simply by replacing simple bulbsThank you

I called the customer and explain her about her car she said it will cost me $700 to $800 to fix I said no it will not cost you that much let me give you the estimate called back with total Estimate of $290 parts and labor. She said ok go ahead want to make sure light is off we did the job clean and adjust the rear breaks and installed front breaks and rotors. There was no light on the car she picked up the car drove couple of days later she came by the shop asked if I m available my technician said I m out should be back shortly. Instead of came back to us again she wrote it you guys. We have been working for long time in this area with best prices and services to our customers. She have chosen to contact you and I am writing you about the whole situation. If she want can bring her car we can diagnosed for free in good faith if there is issue with our work.
