was going to be affected by my negative reviewI told her my entire story about the money and time I'd invested in Gentle Touch, as well as the guarantees I was promised that were not upheldShe didn't offer up any solution, or state that she'd be able to provide free laser tousessions as I was assured of previouslyI reached out to her and stated that I could come down to the office and see if we could work out the issue, but she wasn't available for the date I suggestedTo date, the issue has not been resolved and the representative has not offered a solution as of yetIn the end, I don't want to hurt the business financially, I'd much rather prefer to receive additional treatments, gratis, to make my hair finally disappear (or at least most of it)I would be happy to come to an agreement where the owner could offer me some laser treatments for my bikini, underarm, and lower leg area that I already paid over $3,for so far
