I am rejecting this response because:I am unsure of Shasta
Athletic Club's intentions in regards to the previously attached membership documents, but none of them involve my husband and I's membershipAdditionally, the membership documents that have been attached include the personal and private information of another individual and his wife, Mr and Mrs ***, including their credit card number, names, address, and contact informationI am quite sure that the individuals whose private information has been carelessly provided to me, would not take kindly to know that it is being given outPlease be advised that I will be contacting the individual/consumer whose information has been sent to me, and will be alerting them to this disclosure and breach of their privacy, as I would want someone to do for meMeanwhile, I will continue to await a full refund of the amount previously mentioned or at minimum a signed copy of our original gym membership contract with *** *** stating that our personal financial information could be provided to Shasta Athletic Club without our permission and henceforth be billed monthly for a membership we did not agree toI am quite sure that nowhere in Mr and Mrs ***'s contract, did they give permission for their private financial information to be given out carelessly to fellow consumers

In regards to former member John [redacted] I have personally called the billing company and followed up with an email to clear the over due balance and cancel the acct.  This actually has to due with Mr. [redacted]'s adding on his wife to the membership as a family add on in which I do have a signed...

agreement in his file.  Nonetheless, for the better of the situation, and how my membership representative was treated I cleared it.  My entire membership team understood how Mr. [redacted] did his individual 1 month at a time membership, not a problem.  What this pertains to is the add on.   Again, this account has been cleared and any outstanding balance cleared as well and memberships are canceled.Regards,[redacted]

Your GOA membership was erroneously reactivated by [redacted]., when Shasta Athletic Club acquired the transfer of ownership. Review: Shasta Athletic Club has taken three unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account, each in the amount of $34.99 on the following dates: 23 June 2015, 30 June 2015, and 29 July 2015. I have never been a member of this health club but did use it one morning in May 2015 on a free pass after the closing of my gym ([redacted]). I have never signed any paperwork with this club acknowledging membership or authorizing access to my bank account. I did NOT supply them with my personal banking numbers. On 2 September I presented the documentation of these charges to a young man named [redacted] from the accounting (or so I presumed) department of the health club. He said they were aware some unauthorized charges have been made over the last few months due to some glitch with their billing company and the transfer of membership files from the former [redacted] to the Athletic Club. He assured me they would be making no further withdrawals from my account but that the club could not refund my money. He said I need to pursue the billing company. I do not feel that it is my responsibility to correct their error. The name listed on my bank statement as the payee is Shasta Athletic Club, not some billing company. They hired the billing company not me. I am confounded that they would allow three separate billings to a person who is nowhere in their membership files, go through, and then refuse to take responsibility for it. I would also like to warn other former [redacted] members to check their bank accounts to be sure they are not be similarly misused. On 3 September I was contacted by the manager of SAC ([redacted]) and was asked "to give him a couple of days" to straighten things out. I did get a message from him while I was out of town ( on 10 September) asking me to call. I returned his call ( left a message) but have heard nothing since (16 September ).Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money I was erroneously charged ($104.97) as soon as possible.
