Review: Wanted computer fixed,not fixed correct, no invoice when promised, no paper work on what was done, wanted money back. Was told in mail, never received

On July 15, 2013 at approx 10:30A.M. I called Shasta Computers to ask about having my computer cleaned out and an anti virus added. The gentleman told me if I dropped it off within the next hour, I would have it back that afternoon. I never heard from him until 8:40PM. He said my computer was done, and I should be happy with it. I told him I would have to get it in the morning from him. He said sounds good. The next day I got to pick it up at 10:30AM, and he isn't in his office. I call from the parking lot and he tells me he isn't in town, and he will call me when he gets to town. I wait,and call him at 2:15PM.he sends me a text saying in a meeting.I ask him how long until he comes to town, he sends me a text saying soon. It's now 3:21PM. I reply, let me know so I can pick up my computer.He says yes I will get it to you today.At 3:26 I get another text from him stating he will be at his office in 15-20 mins.It's now5:40PM I respond I'm picking my daughter up from work at 6 and will stop by.He says he will deliver it to me, because he had a stop to make, and go sidetracked and is not there now. This is now 6PM I text that I will be there in 15 Mins, he says Not there now, got an urgent call. I can deliver it after that, sorry.Now it's 6:10PM, I:m really upset I text I want my computer ASAP! 6:47 He replies, I will let you know when I'm leaving. 7:33PM he texts me I'm at my office.I respond at 7:34 On my way.He responds ok I got another call.As I show up to get my computer he says it's $90.00, I had a $10.00 off coupon so I gave him $80.00 cash. He said he was in a hurry and he would email me the invoice tomorrow. The next day came, no invoice and my computer is still doing the same thing I took it to him to have fixed.I contacted him 4 days later and asked where my invoice was and explained that my computer was still doing the same thing, and that I was not satisfied with his work, or how he handled business.He stated to me in a text that he would refund me my $80.00 so I can take it to someone else to have it looked at. He stated in his text that he would put it in the mail on Monday, which was July 22,2013. He asked for my mailing address which I gave him. I texted him on Friday July 26, 2013 and told him I haven't received my $80.00, or any paper work on what he claims he fixed on my computer. He sent a text back saying Thanks, I said Thanks for what? He replied, your text. I have every single text communication between us. He clearly states refunding my money, yet hasn't. He is avoiding the issue. I need to take my computer to someone else. I don't even know what he did to it! Desired Settlement: I would like my $80.00 I paid for the job to be done, and paper work stating what he claims he did.
