This memo is to address a complaint that one of our most recent customers mentionedMr [redacted] and [redacted] claimed that one of my Driver/Navigators broken a chain on his garage doorThe date of the incident is March 10, BACKGROUND These are the same people who claimed that the Call Center quote them a price of $for a job which was 1/-of our truck loads (2-pickup trucks)Our cost for this job would normally be $ I did follwith the call center and they said the job was booked online and no one had spoken with the customersWe did honor the $price and took all of the customers household items MY DRIVER/NAVIGATORS My Driver/Navigators said that the customer operated the garage door opener during their time on the premisesThey further said that at no time did they touch the garage door open or come in contact with the garage door chainThe customer was very augmentative and followed them around; watching their every move FOLL I did call [redacted] and [redacted] at (317) [redacted] at set up a meeting to see the alleged damage Jackie and I arrived at 11:AM on Wednesday (03/16/16) and observed the chain dangling down from the garage door opener [redacted] and his son explained that they thought our Driver/Navigators hit the bottom of the track of the garage door opener with a dresser during the removal process.( Because the track was near top of the 8-foot ceiling it would mean that our guys would have had to carry the dresser, which did not have a mirror on it at this point, in a vertical position – via “bear hug fashion”)When they would have gotten to the garage door they would have had to lower it 2-feet to clear the actual door opening [redacted] said that he got an estimate from Northside Garage Doors for $to repair/replace the garage door openerA call to “Kenny” at Northside did not show that they came out to provide an estimate at all [redacted] said, contrary to our Driver/Navigators account, the garage door was up when our guys arrivedThey said it he let it up after they arrived ***’s son on many occasions told him in their native tongue that he was giving out too much information CONCLUSION We could not find a tread of factual truth in anything that [redacted] stated Our position is that we did not damage his propertyJunk King Indianapolis has impeccable results on “Listen 360” with 77- ten out of tens, and 2- nine out of tens

Mike and Jeremiah from Thuro Clean stopped by to take a look at my carpets. I knew the imperfections were probably unable to be removed. They performed an awesome job and came out better than expected! The guys were professional yet made me feel comfortable. Got a really good deal and they even came out of their normal area to service my house. Highly recommended!!!!

These are the same people who claimed that the Call Center quote them a price of $150 for a job which was 1/3 -of our truck loads (2-pickup trucks). Our cost for this job would normally be $258.
I did follow-up with the call center and they said the job was booked online and no one had spoken with the customers. We did honor the $150 price and took all of the customers household items.
MY DRIVER/NAVIGATORS
My Driver/Navigators said that the customer operated the garage door opener during their time on the premises. They further said that at no time did they touch the garage door open or come in contact with the garage door chain. The customer was very augmentative and followed them around; watching their every move.
FOLLOW-UP
I did call [redacted] and [redacted] at (317) [redacted] at set up a meeting to see the alleged damage.
Jackie and I arrived at 11:00 AM on Wednesday (03/16/16) and observed the chain dangling down from the garage door opener. [redacted] and his son explained that they thought our Driver/Navigators hit the bottom of the track of the garage door opener with a dresser during the removal process.( Because the track was near top of the 8-foot ceiling it would mean that our guys would have had to carry the dresser, which did not have a mirror on it at this point, in a vertical position – via “bear hug fashion”). When they would have gotten to the garage door they would have had to lower it 2-feet to clear the actual door opening.
[redacted] said that he got an estimate from Northside Garage Doors for $500.00 to repair/replace the garage door opener. A call to “Kenny” at Northside did not show that they came out to provide an estimate at all.
[redacted] said, contrary to our Driver/Navigators account, the garage door was up when our guys arrived. They said it he let it up after they arrived.
[redacted]’s son on many occasions told him in their native tongue that he was giving out too much information.
CONCLUSION
We could not find a tread of factual truth in anything that [redacted] stated.
Our position is that we did not damage his property. Junk King Indianapolis has impeccable results on “Listen 360” with 77- ten out of tens, and 2- nine out of tens.
