I moved out of this complex in Aug I was charged a $"bulk item fee" which was taken out of my deposit When I was finally able to contact the manager, and asked about the fee, I was told that it was because I had placed things in one of the complex's dumpsters When I asked how they knew it was me, they replied that they have pictures I asked for a copy of these pictures and the bill supposed charged to the complex from ***That was on September 15, I also reviewed the move out forms that I was as well as my lease I do not see any reference about not being able to use the complex dumpsters, or that we would be charged if we did

proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 1.  I did not receive any email notification that I had any messages to review.  I checked today because I hadn’t heard anything.2.  I maintain thata) I did not leave any item behind that did not fit into a dumpsterb) There was noting in my lease or move-out paperwork stating there would be any such fee.  If it is industry standard for this, then it should have been in the lease or move-out paperwork.c) They claim that I left large bulky items behind, but do not provide any proof when I request it.So, yes, I am still very dissatisfied concerning their business practices for charging me a fee that was not documented upfront.  To me that is fraud.
