acknowledged that I reported them to you and got a little upset with me for doing soThey suggested this further delayed their desire to make it rightAs of last Thursday, May ***, their story changed and they stopped telling me that a credit refund was underwayThey stated that a refund check had just been mailed and I should expect it any dayI am thinking I am being lied to once again as a letter mailed from Brooklyn, NY to Stamford, CT does not take more than days to get hereAs of this writing I am waiting until this Thursday when I will call back once again and ask where this mystery check is

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Fine Brand Sales regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Meaning I have NOT been contacted proactively by them. I have spoken to them every two weeks by calling their number and speaking with a representative. I am thinking at this time I have to decide whether the effort on my part to collect the $804 is worth it to go to small claims court. I would have to take time off from work and the costs would make this a wasted battle which I am thinking they are counting on. When I speak with them, the put me on hold and claim they are speaking with their management. They do not let me speak directly. The used to tell me a credit was being issued to my credit card and now they have started telling me they sent a check. I have yet to receive anything from them.Sincerely,[redacted]
