Dear Revdex.com, I received your letter Sat11th, I contacted my manager at the shop where it happened and talked to him about it He told me he hadn't heard anything about it and that it was news to him We were never contacted by this customer about having any problems on the 17th of June, He has been a customer with us since Feb 27th, I would have thought that he would have at least let us know about the problem he had to us and let us know his thoughts I know if it had happened to me I would have high tailed it right down there or at least called to say what happened We would have sent someone out to take care of it for him We have tried contacting the customer by phone and left messages trying to compensate him in some way, but his is not responding I told him I would be willing to reimburse him for the oil change and any clean up We would like to have him come back for a couple of free oil changes Another thing you should know is I personally know this customer, as I worked with him for years at a prior business I hope he has some sort of proof of this happening and hope it is all allegedly true and not to get back at me personally With no contact or response back makes me wonder It's just his word against ours If it is true, we are very sorry this happened We truly try our best to make sure everything is right + take care of our customers I know, no one is perfect and errors do happen, and we do make sure it is taken care of Let us know if you get any response from him Thank you, Precision Lube + Tune, LLC Julie M Owner
