and current conditionThe patient wants to be allowed to be off work as needed and the providers in this office have stated based on medical necessity she will on need 2-days off work 1-times per monthShe refuses to see or doesn't likke the specialists that she was referred to for her ongoing conditionsWe are a family practice, we do not specialize in certain conditions and therefore we had referred her out to determine the necessity and time needed off work.She has called the office many times in effort to speak with whomever she thinks will assist her in obtaining what "she wants" rather than what the providers had ***ms best for her careWe cannot certify this long term disability based on her diagnosisShe is angry and keeps calling asking for us to "just do what she wants".We have filled out form after form at no charge to the patient.She will make appointments and not show to themWe have offered her payment plans and have not seen the proof she is saying she has regarding her missed appointment. We referred this patient to a specialist, but she keeps demanding we see herShe has had her account in collections in the past for non-payment.
