Thank you for the email and inquiry. We do not have a formal response at this time for complaint submitted on 10/27/2017 with assigned ID of [redacted].The last correspondence from this client to my office staff stated, “I will never allow you back on my property”. Original scope of work...
was performed to complete client satisfaction, terms and conditions explain our warranty in thorough representation, this file has been closed in our office, contact information discarded and we no longer perform monthly yard maintenance for the client in reference. No further actions, time or attention will be allocated from myself or my office staff.
I will try reaching out to her and see if there is anything I can do to remedy all.

I am rejecting this response because:Read the original complaint. The response by [redacted] was my last correspondence. The next step was I waited to hear from [redacted] on when he was coming out. I submitted my complaint a month after [redacted] wrote on 9/19:"[redacted], Thanks for the email and information. I'll review the plant types and locations which need to be replaced, then scheduled that work to be competed with [redacted]. Again, thank you for your business! We greatly appreciate it."[redacted] is the OWNER. He never called or came by to see which plants need replacing. He did nothing. I have a warranty. My complaint thru the Revdex.com was I didn't want them on my property due to thetotally illegal violation of the contract I signed. They have a warranty and were refusing to honor it. They still are. They guarantee all plants for 1 year after install. We have 2, actually 3 now that look likedeath warmed over. You cannot just 'close" a customer file because you feel like it. This response explains the entirity of the kind of business that John's Landscaping runs. Now I can see why [redacted] bailed from the country and turned it over to [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: They have never tried to contact me before, so why would they now. As I indicated in my initial complaint, it took me to track them down to do...
the initial 'warranty work.' I prefer a refund.
