The customer claims that there is a defective valve which was sent to Qual-Cast. They are having the valve analyzed which will take 30-45 days. There is nothing that we can do.

Shaw City Engines is the one that sold motor with warranty he should be responsible for parts he put in engine we have incurred enough expense because of his engine that he sold us. Shaw City Engines can get reimbursed from QUal Cast we should not have to wait for our money. Shaw City Engines has a reputation for doing this with other people we have been in contact with other buyers having the same issue and Shaw City Engines does not back up their warranty. When you call [redacted] is extremely rude and hangs up he knows he is wrong and should just resolve issue by giving us a refund.

[redacted] personally said it has one year have paperwork from when engine was picked up and engine was not abused barely had 4 hours on it. He does very shoddy work and then does not back up his word or work. In response he did not even right name of valve company. He has done this to several other people. I want my money back and will take legal action if needed. He has not even seen motor so how can he say it is abused offered to take to it back to him he said no.

No warranty from me!! If valves is defective oval cost will replace valve. No warranty on performance engines! From what I have seen buyer abused engine.
