Failed to provide a refund in the time that was told to her by [redacted], Sales consultant
She order special flooring and 03/04/14 and was told that it would take several weeks to arrived. When my wife went to pickup the material, she was given the wrong order. When our contractor notice the error, he had to go back to the store, return the wrong product and obtain the correct the product. Further delaying the project.
ON Tuesday 03/25/14 she called and left a voice message for the manager to regarding the wrong product. The manager never called back. On Thursday 03/27/14 my wife, [redacted] return a transition product to Carpet Exchange. The sales person [redacted], stated that she would receive a check for %50.29 no later than Tuesday, 04/01/14. Aso, my wife asked if she could have cash and was told that they don't keep cash on hand. She asked to see to the manager and was told that she was out of the office. On Tuesday, no check. On Saturday, 004/05/14. I, [redacted], her husband, went to Carpet Exchange to inquiring about the check. I asked to speak to the manager and again told she wasn't at the location. I stated that I was extremely frustrated at the delay in receiving the check. I stated that I wouldn't leave until I have the money. First, I was told that it take 7 to 10 business days to received the check. I stated that [redacted] told my wife that it would only it would only take 3 days. Then I asked to have the cash. The sales person check their petty cash and said they have enough money. I stated that they lied about the days to receive the check and lied about not having cash on hand. I left with no money. On Monday, 04/07/14 the sales person called and left a message that she would be received the check in a few day. AS of Saturday 04/12/14 no check.
