We had a valve that need to be replaced and my husband didn't feel comfotable replacing itIt was the main valve for city water and the city water would have to be shut off to repair itWe haven't called a plumber for + years and did our research looking for the right companyReading all the positive reviews about Shaw Plumbing Services we decided to give them a callI talked with Hank on the phone and he said he would have someone out 8am the next daySo on the day of the appointment Tim from Shaw Plumbing gave us a "heads up call" before he showed up at 8amTim was very nice and professional, accessed the problem and put a call into the city to shut off the waterThe repair was done in no time at allWe were very happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to call them again

Hank S*** with Shaw plumbing recently installed a tankless gas water heater in my home where I previously had an electric tank The work required installing new exhaust as well as supply routes for the new heating unit Hank surveyed the job with booties on, was extremely courteous as well as responsive to my requests and considerations The job was primarily performed by his technician Tim, who like Hank was exceedingly courteous and diligent in his tasks Both professionals made sure that I understood the responsibilities involved in owning and maintaining a tankless water heater and were very knowledgeable about their chosen trade The work was completed on time and exceeded my expectations with respect to fit and finish It took some extra work to pin up all of the details at the end of the job but Hank and Tim went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the experience I will undoubtedly use Shaw Plumbing Services again should the occasion call for it Thank you Hank!
