Revdex.comI have three estimates starting that it's not the siding it's the flashing etc I also had to call the cops after she accosted me in my home She has done nothing but lie this entire time I'm happy to submit all the estimates from all roofers , and all the videos over the last year and half .
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint

As I mentioned in the previous response, the flashing is nailed to the siding. [redacted] and I both explained to Audra, it is not common practice to change out the flashing on a re-roof. And, the flashing repair was not/is not in the estimate.  The roof was inspected by a Tx Lic. Engineer and passed the standard protocol for installing this roof.  Also, the siding is cracked in the same area, which would be another reason it leaks only in heavy rain.  [redacted] and I both feel water is getting in through the cracked siding and I have discussed this with [redacted].I requested [redacted] to write down exactly what she was wanted us to fix when I meet with her.  She declined.  [redacted] text me her "ceiling caved in AGAIN." And, they where "pulling up floors AGAIN."  And, TOLD me, I was going to pay for her floors.When I took pictures of the ceiling and floors which clearly where NOT damaged, she called the police.I never "accosted" her. And, she actually text saying "see you next Wednesday."

We installed the roof at [redacted], on or about June 19, 2013.
On Friday, April 17, 2015, we
had hurricane force winds reaching 60-miles an hour. On Satu**ay, April 18, 2015, I received a
text at 12:from [redacted] stating the roof is leaking and "We are in the process of pulling
floors up." (See attached) She had also sent a text to my daughter stating her ceiling had caved in(See pic) I responded, Sunday, April 19, at 9:and asked if [redacted] would be available
on Monday and I will call him back. I
called [redacted] on Monat 9:a.m., left a message and he never called me backI then text
[redacted] and told her I would have someone look at the roof on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
On Wednesday, April 22, 2015,
I had [redacted], a repair roofing contractor, evaluate the roof. I have a prior text from [redacted] saying she had another roofer come out and he confirmed it was the flashing [redacted] told her that it was not standa** to replace the flashing when roofing a house, as
it is nailed into the sidingAlso, the flashing repair was not
included in the estimateIn further evaluation, [redacted] found the siding cracked which
would make since why it leaks in heavy or side ways rain. We have had a very rainy season and this roof does not leak under conditions
On Thursday, April 23, 2015, I
meet with [redacted] at her house around 10:am to discussI explained to her the
flashing, (she supposedly confirmed with other roofers), was a major repair and
was not included in the estimate. And, the
siding is cracked and needs to be fixed, also not included in the estimateShe
told me I was going to fix the roof and pay for her floors! I asked her to
write down exactly what she wanted fixed and she declined. I then asked to see the floors which she said they pulling up and they where NOT pulled up as she stated on April 18, 2015. (See pics) And, she had also sent a text to my
daughter stating her ceiling had caved in. The ceiling was NOT caved in(See pic) When I
went to grab my phone to take these pictures, she told me to get out of her
house and she was calling the police.
I then went out to my truck and called [redacted] We discussed the flashing and the cracked siding and he remembers seeing the crack siding I also told him [redacted] called the police on me when I took pictures of the floors and ceiling
This roof has a
[redacted], which was completed by a [redacted] Licensed Engineer and
passed permit qualifications from the [redacted]
Last, she actually text me at 11:a.mafter I left saying
."I will see
you Wednesday to fix the roof." In good faith, I have done everything I can do to resolve this matter with the [redacted].I have attached six documents/picturesPlease let me know if you do not receive them and I can e-mail them to you
