Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, Cindy [redacted] this is such a lie she sat her daughter with carrier down on my kitchen cabinet then moved her to another cabinet and said my cabinets weren't big enough she needed a place to go to to change herI only went into the living room because you could tell these people were not to be trustedI wish I would have not let them in my house at allShady very shady peopleI didn't want her in my room by herself as she was already looking at everything I ownI am not the first unsatisfied customerI have heard of many many other peopleLook at you tube and other on line places you will see the remarksI asked many questions as how do I know if it is fixed because he fixed it in less than five minutes and nearly ran out the back doorI called all week to get them to refix what they doneThey never answered till on Thursday and I call from a different number is the only reason why they answeredBecause my home phone has a blocked numberShe was trying to talk to me as he was cussing me outShe then assured me she would be at my house by fiveI had to stay home and wait for her and I missed a very important funeral I waited and then a five I called back because no one cameHe answered the phone and said he was in a situation and I would have to wait however long it tookTen minutes later I logged onto facebook and in our county news was a headline that someone was holding a person hostage in Cloverdale , InHe held he girlfriend of which they said they were married and kids hostageThey had almost every cop and swat team in Putnam county thereIt was on the news, newspapers, internet everywhereIt is to my knowledge these people have been on the Maury ShowThey have made numerous you tube accounts making fun of the local police because cps has came and took every child they have had away from themThis man does not deserve to have a business and a physco like this doesn't need to go to anyones house and do serviceI do deserve my $back because they never came and done anything like they saidHe is probably in jail but she can do the work herselfSo because of them I lost hundreds of dollars in insulin and still didn't get my refrigerator fixedI couldn't wait for them to get out of my house and I never want them near me or my house againI want a full refundI'm not sure the business is even there nowThey are habitual liars

First let me start by saying that the attachment sent in by the gentleman is the back of the invoice with his estimated charges the front of his invoice stated that the parts were what we initial thought was the problem and so therefore we did not guarnatee that it would completely fixed his problemsWe did repeatedly go out to his place of business and have spoke with the gentleman several times over the phone and we had attempted to try to work with the customer until he became very hostile and was repeatedly calling and threatening one of the employees which happens to be my partnerSo at that point we were no longer comfortable sending any one out to his business as it was now a conflict of interest and safety concernWe work with customers that work with usevery customer knows we work to be upfront and honestAlways have and always willAlso the customer is also aware that all parts are on warranty just in case a part was faulty or broke and caused a washer to leak or other issuesUnfortuantely I dont believe this customer is going to be satisfied with any resolution that is offered at this point

We were contacted by this gentleman to come and look at four of his commercial washer and dryers we actually looked at 5 when we went out there one of the washers we fixed with a lid switch the first trip out free of charge. he was quoted for the service calls the parts and for us coming back out to... install them he prepaid for that stuff we went out we put in the parts he was well aware that when we put the parts in you're never quite sure if once you fix the initial problem if another problem may arise we did fix another one of the washers which after it was fixed it started leaking the last time we were out there we spent a total of 4 hours out there trying to fix his appliances and he was told that we had another appointment we had to be at so we had to leave at by 1 PM this made him upset and that is when he filed a complaint with the credit card company and the better bureau business. We have repeatedly tried to fix things for this gentleman and try to accommodate him in every way possible he was well aware that we had a no-refund policy and everything was fine until he did not want to continue to fix his appliances when other problems arose. But when his appliances have sat for an extended period of time you never know what other issues you may run into. Also from our business to his business is almost 90 miles round trip and we had made 3 trips out to his building which is almost 270 miles. The manufacturer sent us a wrong part and another part was shipped incorrectly by our supplier. We are upfront with all of our customers that we can only diagnose the initial problem and can not forced and issues that may arise later. We run an honest family run business and would not deceive any of our customers

Hello,I have attached the initial invoice that I received from the appliance guy which contradicts the message Revdex.com message from the appliance guy. I would like to note that they did not visit my laundromat times, they only visited the times. I was told that they would not return for 6-weeks because the owner broke his hand. I was also told that I could hire someone else to finish the job. Is there a way to send multiple documents? I have the vendor telling me to hire someone else to finish. To me this is admitting you have not done what you said you would do.Please view attachments
