I'm writing in response to [redacted] complaintsFor the following reasons her accusations are not trueI do not have employees, I hire contract laborersI never pay them until client has visually inspected and approved the workCarpet was installed, four bedrooms, all in one day I paid him after she looked at itHe was there all day, so was sheI had multiple painters, because [redacted] couldn't start the job immediately, and he refused to do stripes in the two offices [redacted] ended up staying in town an extra day to do all of the touch ups for her, while his mother-in-law laid dying in a rio grande valley hospitalShe, [redacted] said everything was fineI paid him and he left, late that dayTrim carpenter, painted and installed crown moulding, chair moulding, bead board in powder room bathWhere she changed her mind about the wallpaper, she had him install bead board, and was going to have my faux painter paint above the headboardI'm guessing she paid her, directlyI get a percentage of the pay from [redacted] , faux painterWe refer each otherWallpaper installer did all papering, until problems in powder room bath difficult to cut around pedestal sink, and no room behind toiletAs per the text I sent you, she was going to have plumber take both outInstaller hung first double RollPer the texts , I asked [redacted] for payment, and she paid meEverything was finished, except what was between her and faux painter, and the installation of the shuttersI left on vacation to California, and Mexico said I'd be back in daysI got back into Dallas, Texas, at midnight, and had to fly home the following day where I was bombarded with text messages, I had ran off with her money, etc, etc, at that time I answered my phone and said [redacted] , I just got back into town I'm at the AT&T store can I call you back? I called the shutter company asked if shutters were shipped, or in productionI cancelled and went promptly to my bank and got her a cashiers checkI was not going to put up with her for the next to daysI thought that would be the end of her, but No, she texts me constantly and my trim carpenter, Who does not want anything to do with herI gave her the extra wallpaper we are she can deal with the company directly on sending that double roll that they charge a 25% restocking fee [redacted] also knows that her carpet is [redacted] , she didn't have a problem calling [redacted] and knowing all about my business and how I ran it so I figured she can handle [redacted] , and the [redacted] wall coveringsIf she has any warranty issues I'm truly sorry, but no one runs my life, it's interior design, not heart surgeryI thought she was going to have a coronary when the carpet got installed one day later, again I don't own my contractors I will send invoice for wallpaper, where the refund came fromI feel everything else is irrelevant as she inspected and paid meThanks, [redacted]

I paid him after she looked at it. He was there all day, so was she. I had multiple painters, because [redacted] couldn't start the job immediately, and he refused to do stripes in the two offices.
