Hi my name is Shahram R*** *** come to my car lot and test drive Volkswagen Jetta she did like the car and ask me if she can bring her husband and father to check the car and of course I said yesThey come in following day and take the Jetta for test drive when they come back
they said to me at they love my car and they want to perches the vehicle but they need to apply for lone from bank and ask me to hold the car for them and I did even I did have other buyer for my carRegarding the vehicle value I did explain for them add that time as well they can't find any car with the same miles for that price and they agreed with meRegarding check engine light she call me day after and say they have a check engine light on the car and I asked please bring the car so I can check the problem but when I call her husband day after and ask him why they are not coming to my place and I am just waiting here for them he said the light is not on any more so they don't need to come to meI need to add about engine light this car did go to DEQ two times and the last time was or days before they check the car if car have a problem it's not possible to go Tru DEQ my point is I didn't hide anything and I sold the car with good faithI am sorry they have problem now but add the time they buy the car didn't have a problem and I did disclosed the price and DEQ show I didn't hide anythingPlease feel free if you have any more questions.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The dealership had false advertisement with the A/C , Tires and the overall condition of the car. The dealership was to fix the A/C as well as the latch on the hood as shown in the attached email and the tires did not have 75% left in the front. The check engine light came on within 24 hours of the car being off of the lot. Shawn the owner said it was due to a gas cap. He did have knowledge that the check engine light was coming on and did just enough to make it turn off until the car was driven off of the lot. The dealer spoke with my credit union, Unitus, and told them that he was charging the market value due to the overall condition of the car, not just the mileage. We are requesting the difference in the paid price and the listed Kelly blue book.
