Shawnee Structures

Review: The shed which we purchased from Shawnee is showing signs of severe deteriation. I visited the business on May 31, 2014 to speak to someone and to show them pictures of my problem. The ladies I spoke with that day did state that in the 2004/2005 timeframe they had problems with the T-10 plywood they were using and causing this type of deteriation. I was told that I would have to speak to Mr. [redacted] with my concerns. I called Mr. [redacted] on June 4, 2014 which I followed up our conversation with an email of the pictures I had taken. I was told that they were busy and that "[redacted]" the owner would have to look at the shed. I then followed up again on both June 20, 2014 and again on June 27, 2014 asking when "[redacted]" was going to look at the shed. I asked Mr. [redacted] for "[redacted]'s" phone number so I could speak with him directly and was told that he was not going to give out his number.Desired Settlement: I would like our shed repaired with new plywood and corners in those areas that have deteriorated.
