Service on the Locust tree over property took place on 11/4/Customer reported damage May Shawnee Tree was not aware of any damage while on the property, and cannot assume liability for the months thereafterCertainly had damage occurred while in our care/custody/control, responsibility
would be assumed

[redacted] said the business's policy is to call the day ahead of the visit. and this was done on 11/3. The day of service is given, not the exact time as that is not knowable given the nature of the work. The owner interviewed the climber and the groundsman and both said the damage was not done on their visit. The business is unable to provide compensation for this customer's gutter.

The tree is 10 feet from my house, and there are not broken branches that would indicate a branch had broken and damaged my gutter. I check my yard every time there's a storm and no branches have fallen from my tree. Also, if that had happened, you could still see evidence of a break.
