I would never, I repeat NEVER use this facility for ANY type of careThe administration and nursing staff is biggest joke I've ever seenWorking in a health care environment, within a hospital, I could not believe the practices I've seen before my eyesDirector of Nursing, ***, is completely incompetent in performing any duties listed in her job description***, the administrator, will sit down and listen to what you have to say and then never do anything with the informationThey will tell you that they are going to do something and NEVER follow upThey are always in meetings, which I can't imagine, the meetings need to be geared towards bettering the practices of this placeThey really need to fire everyone and start freshThey truly do not care about the patients within this facilityI can't believe people working within the health care system act so selfishMy mother came here for in-patient rehab care after a double knee replacement surgery and they have no skills in caring for someoneNurses or Aids walking to the room and have no idea what she needs because they've not been informed on her needsShe hits her call button and it takes 25-minutes just to get someone in her room Her medication dosage was changed by a contracted doctor that practices here without notifying her or her own personal physicianThey just started being a new medication to her room that looked the same Elderly residents walk into her room at all times of the day, either lost or confusedThey're short staffed and the staff that they do actually have is completely LAZYAfter all of this, I have read so many terrible reviews on this place it's unreal and THEY DO NOT CAREWe chose this place because it was close to her home so we could visit and be with her, HUGE MISTAKEI pray that if you have family here that you are involved with knowing what goes on and if you are looking for quality care for a family member, for any type of care the "offer", that you look into anotherI will say, the ONLY thing this facility has going for them is the Physical Therapy Staff/RehabThey have helped out my mother substantially, with not only rehabbing her, but with making sure that the nurse came to deliver medication on time when they came to get her
