Further research with our Corporate Customer Center we were able to retrieve all of the receopts in question They have been emailed to [redacted] today We will also be sendng her a $gift card for the expences she incurred.We apoligize for the situation

Contacted store director who confirmed we have the customer on the list for the blue platter that is being requestedThe first shipment to the store did not contain the platters The platters are expected on a second shipment which will arrive in the next couple of weeks Will contact the customer as soon as it arrives
