Thank you for giving Shay Oil the opportunity to address the above complaint regarding our carwash at [redacted] *** According to the incident report by one of our employees on duty, this issue occurred on May 10th of this yearThis report states that the issue was the dryer at the end of the carwash was the problem, and not the carwash stopping seconds after the customer entered the wash bayThe employee offered to turn the driers back on, yet according to our report, he said he didn't have timeYet he left and came back minutes later asking for another carwashThe dry process takes one minute Refunding on a debit card, which the customer utilized to pay for the carwash, is not allowed on our systemWith all that said, I am more than able, and willing, to buy the customer another carwash with the stipulation of his apologizing for calling our employee a "***"It really isn't worth all this headache for something as small as what actually happened I will leave it up to the Revdex.com to contact the customer with our solutionOur company phone number is at the top, as well as our mailing addressIn parting with this issue, if the customer had called us the day this occurred, I wouldn't be answering this Revdex.com complaint, as I am sure there are far bigger issues you could be handling Respectfully, Supervisor/Shay Oil Co., Inc

I will accept the car wash this Monday afternoon, however I am not apologizing. I paid for a wash and wax and I only got the soap on three car. It's insufficient to pay for something that that I did not get. As a customer, I pay for service I need, not partial service. Thanks you. I will accept the car wash this Monday afternoon, however I am not apologizing. I paid for a wash and wax and I only got the soap on three car. It's insufficient to pay for something that that I did not get. As a customer, I pay for service I need, not partial service. Thanks you.
