Shayona Inn Extended Stay

Review: Nowhere to stay so stayed at Shayona Inn for about two months was paying 940 a month saw an advertisment for 740 in the newspaper and the neighbor next to me was paying 820. When asked the owners if they can work with me because 940 was alot but the location was perfect because it was right across the street from my job they were extremely rude and said that 940 a month was the set price. One time they even locked me out of the room on purpose even after I paid my money. The owner also own a car wash in [redacted] I worked to clean the car wash stalls one saturday I worked over 10 hours that day and all that was givenwas $20 I went to work for them at the car washing thinking they would take money off of the monthly rate but they didnt and all was given was$20 dollars. Today 5/6 my check was shorter than expected I went to the owner to ask if they can work with me until next week since everyone else is paying less than I was ...I was then rudely talked to and asked to leave (the wifi did not work, the AC did not work, the drawers were broken and celing caving in and I still paid 940 a month because I ha no transportation and Sayona Inn is across the street from my jobDesired Settlement: That they treat all customers fairly and same price/ fair price for all customers. reconsideration of staying there and an apology also that Revdex.com is aware of this treatment and how unfairly they pay workers

Review: This hotel has bed bugs. When I brought it to "[redacted]"s attention at the front desk he said that I could have been bitten by them somewhere else and "How am I to know that you got them from here?". He refused to go look into it and also refused to give me any sort of compensation for having to deal with this issue. I purchased anti itch cream due to the bites I received as well as Bed bug spray to ensure that the bugs would not spread into my house.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my nights stay due to the money I spent on having to get rid of THEIR issue. Also, it is 3 days later and the bites are still visible on my arms and face. I have had to cover up my arms all week due to this issue. If the company would like pictures of the bites I received from sleeping in their hotel I will gladly show them. It's ridiculous to pay $175 for one night in a place where I leave covered in bites.
