Shazcor Wallcovering was recommended to us by a wall covering manufacturer as their product was fairly new. Shazcor quoted the job and verbally gave a guarantee of their work. They claimed to have gathered the installation instructions from the manufacturer and proceeded with the work. Shortly after they completed the work the wall covering started to bubble and peel off the wall. When they were notified of the problems they reluctantly returned to repair. Once again within a week of their repair the product started to peel off the wall along the seems. This time when they were notified they refused to take any responsibility for the work and basically said you are on your own. They have also asked for full payment as they feel wall covering that is slowly falling off the wall is a complete and satisfactory job. Be aware when hiring this business to do any wall covering work, get a guarantee in writing.
