I am writing to address [redacted] that was received by Dental Care Plus dated 1/11/2017.Documentation:According to our records, the customer was automatically renewed in Dentalrust Dental coverage in December This particular customer contacted our billing department in early December and then again in early JanuaryWhen she spoke to our billing department in December she was given incorrect information.Dental Care Plus management spoke with the customer on 1/18/to discuss the Customer's concernsManagement expressed apologies for having not been available to address the concerns in a more timely fashionThe information related to invoicing and renewal that the customer was previously given was discussed and clarifiedThe customer was concerned that an invoice had not been received and that the account was considered "past due"It was explained that due to the timing and Continuous nature of enrollments with varying effective dates it is not always possible for the member to receive an invoice prior to the effective dateThis is the case for the customer's dental policyThe amount due for the month of January is to be included with the February invoice which will be mailed out to the customer on 1/20/It was explained to the customer that even though the premium is due, there is no risk of Cancellation unless there continues to be no payment on the account, there are no late fees and there is no reporting of past due status to credit agencies.At the end of the discussion the customer was satisfied with the service she received during the call and was appreciative of the Call backThe Customer was provided with management's direct telephone line So that if there are additional questions, problems, or Concerns a direct call can be made,

When she spoke to our billing department in December she was given incorrect information.Dental Care Plus management spoke with the customer on 1/18/2017 to discuss the Customer's concerns. Management expressed apologies for having not been available to address the concerns in a more timely fashion. The information related to invoicing and renewal that the customer was previously given was discussed and clarified.
