Tried to cancel a request for technical assistance appointment on a Saturday because a technician appeared at our home (not a scheduled appointment) on the previous FridayWhen I called to cancel I was in a loop on the automated system - "Press for customer service___Press for technical support." No matter which number I pressed, the message repeated itself We have had Summi Broadband in our community since July I have had occasion to call them at least times for unsatisfactory television reception We have no choice in which provider to choose since the community has a contract with this poorly led business CAVEAT EMPTOR folks

Horrible serviceProblems almost every monthRight now I have been on hold for over minutes to find out why my cable is not workingI have never been on hold less than minutesIf they have to come to your place to fix something I usually have to take off of work because they can never work around my scheduleIt's infuriating with the amount of money they charge me every monthThe should pay part of my phone bill as the minutes I am using add up
This is Saturday so I'm sure I will not have cable until Monday at the earliest and that's only if I take off work so they can come in and fix it

The worst internet company I ever dealt withLong waits on the phoneSales people are slow and don't know the package bundlesThey can't seem to get a data signal through my router even when Irreplaced itTechnology is not up to date

Summit Broadband has made two appointments for installation and not shown up They are unreliable, with no service and they not even installed yet

I've never had more problems with a cable company than with this one. First there was a billing issue, then my DVD stops working, my other box stops working properly, and then my DVD stops working again. Ther service is also inconsistent.

We have had Summi Broadband in our community since July 2015. I have had occasion to call them at least 10 times for unsatisfactory television reception.

We have no choice in which provider to choose since the community has a contract with this poorly led business.

CAVEAT EMPTOR folks

I agree with Previous customers review .Customer service is extremely slow with unacceptable long wait on the phone and internet is slow and unreliable.Only God can save you if your internet is down,As you would have to wait five days before they will dispatched technician ,even if problem is related to their Modem or wiring . The contract with the subdivision or Homeowners association/management and get the business and then you become the captive audience . You have been forewarned. Try them at your own risk.

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. We have had no decent picture on any channels as well as no HD channels. When you contact them they say they are working on it.
