Have not received anything for payment made 12/7/13 for $500.Paid $500 12/7/13 for design services at my home in [redacted] TN. I needed help with pictures, drapes, end tables, etc. [redacted] contacted me Jan 7th saying she was almost finished & was waiting on a few more prices. I contacted her Feb 4th to follow up on when I would see her. Feb 8th she still had not offered me an appointment, so I told [redacted] her availability wasn't meeting my needs. Requested refund. Told me Feb 12th the best she could do was a $125 refund since she had spent time on the project. As of today, March 25th I have received absolutely nothing for the money paid after 5 requests. [redacted] has returned several messages saying she will send design log & $125. But I have received no design logs or a refund. I got nothing. She also owns [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like all my money refunded $500, and for other potential clients to be warned.
