action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:I did get your voicemails but I was at work. I am glad the part is in for the tailgate and will be up there as soon as I can to have it replaced. it isn't just that part I said I wasn't going to buy the truck due to the paint issues on the front bumper. Kurt told me when I brought the truck in for the tailgate piece to be replaced he would have my front bumper paint/rust issues fixed. that's the only reason I continued buying the truck. this issue will remain open and only continue to move up the chain until that issue is fixed as well. like I was told when I was purchasing the vehichle. I never in a million years would of bought a 33,000$ truck with paint chips/rust on the front bumper. I would of went another direction and got a different truck. I hope to get this issue fixed asap and my family, friends and i can continue doing business with Chevy. if I don't answer please feel free to text/email or leave a voicemail because at work it is hard to answer. thank you

Customer stated that she advised us when calling to make an appointment that she had hair extensions. This is completely false. If she would have stated this she would have been told that we do not perform services on heads with hair extensions because they are fragile and may come apart. She booked...

an appointment with us with a [redacted] discount. When she arrived for her appointment and I noticed the extensions and explained to her that I could not do her hair because the extensions can become loose and entangled with the rest of her hair. She stated that it was fine because she was going to have them removed soon because they we getting loose. I chose to accommodate her because she assured me that it was ok. After applying the balayage highlights, conditioner and washing, her hair became entangled. The customer became very irate and accused me of damaging her hair. We tried to untangle it with no avail because the hair tracks were loose. She demanded for me to cut the extensions that were tangled out of her hair and I refused because it was too entangled with the rest of her hair and could not be accomplished without damaging her natural hair. I advised her to go to the place where she had them put in to see if they could help her but she began to get verbally abusive and told me that I was responsible to fix it. I do not apply hair extensions and was not responsible for them but she did not want to hear it. I provided the service that she came in for which was the package deal through Groupon. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't know who I was dealing with because her mother was a doctor and her father a lawyer and that I was going to have a problem because of who they were. I told her I was sorry but explained that she was told that this might happen but she was not concerned about the consequences. She then flew out of my chair throwing her smock at me and proceeded to call the police. She states in o ne sentence that I completely ruined her hair and in another that most of it is "100% fine and smooth and silky" in her words. I tried to accommodate this young lady and do the right thing but it turned out to be a negative experience. I feel I should not be held responsible for her hair extensions. I performed the services that she came in for.

[Your Answer Here]
I can attest that the comments made by this Business here are completely false. Olga A[redacted] is lying about what happened to avoid taking the blame for her negligence. When I called earlier that day, I spoke to someone in her salon and told them I have extensions. They told me I could make the appointment for later that day, and said it should be fine and to talk to the person who actually does the service. When I arrived, I waited a bit past my appointment time for Olga to arrive and when she finally did, the first thing I told her was that I had hair extensions sewn in. I asked her if she could do them, and said if she could not, it would be ok. She stated that as long as the extensions were human hair, they will take the color, and everything else will be fine. She assured me many times that the highlights would look good and they would work with the balyage because she was the stylist. I had gotten the extensions put in two days before, they were not loose and I would never state this because they were expensive and new and I would never want to ruin them. After I had the balyage done, she washed my hair roughly, with a lot of scrubbing, balled it all up on the top of my head, and put it under the heat lamp. As a stylist, and because she stated that she knew how to work with hair extensions, she should have known how to deal with them. Then, when I came out, my hair had a huge tangle and I was very upset, but I didn't say anything. I kept completely quiet as she tried to untangle it. Then she took me back to have them conditioned to try to remove the tangle, and I started texting a friend and telling them I was freaking out. I didn't want to speak rudely with her or escalate the situation so I only messaged my friend and all I was saying was that she had messed up my hair extensions. Somehow Olga saw me texting my friend and she got very upset. She began to yell "miss" over and over again and say I saw what you wrote, you have no right to say I messed up your hair. She began to verbally abuse me just because I messaged a friend, and not because I had said anything rude to her. Then, she brought me back to the chair and tried to untangle. Nothing was working, so I asked her to at least remove the track because I couldn't leave the salon looking that way. She started to yell again and state it wasn't her responsibility to fix my hair extensions. This is not right, she ruined them so it is her job to fix what she ruined. She was being incredibly verbally abusive and yelling while I was remaining calm at that point, and my little brother who is 9 was there too. He is autistic and when someone yells or is loud around him, he gets up and covers his ears because it scares him. Olga began to point and laugh at him cowering in the conner and at that point I was so upset I got up and told her off. I did not yell, rather I was speaking sternly because I did not want to hurt my little brother. I was always concerned about my extensions, because I had paid a lot of money for them. I asked her many times to fix it, but she did not want to help me and rather wanted me out of her salon. She kicked me out of her salon, and I tossed my smock on the ground in her direction and left calling the policeNone of Olga's claims are true. Many reviewers on yelp and Facebook have stated that she is incredibly rude and unprofessional. These reviews were made prior to me coming to the salon. 3 tracks of extensions in my hair were tangled. The extensions that did not tangle were completely smooth, silky, and took the color well. This proves that it was Olga's negligence and lack of knowledge she claimed to have that caused the tangle, not the hair extensions themselves. As a professional, and with her reassurance that she can work with hair extensions which was also listed as a service her salon, it is her responsibility for ruining my hair extensions. She did not try to do the right thing, she destroyed my property, made fun of and scared my autistic brother, and destroyed my hair extensions.

Review: So today, I went to get my hair done in balyage from this salon. It was the worst mistake of my life. I got a deal on [redacted] which was 79 dollars for balyage color, shampoo +conditioner, and deep conditioning. When I called to make my appointment, I told the lady that I wore hair extensions and asked if it would be ok to have it done with my extensions (they are sew-in). She said she didn't know and I would have to speak to someone who does hair, and to come in the same day at 2. So I went in at 2, and there were two ladies there who prepped me and I told them I had extensions. They said it would be no problem and said they were just waiting for the stylist to come. When she arrived (she is the owner), I told her that I had sew in extensions and told her the exact type of hair it is (Malaysian virgin hair) and that they were sewn in. She said it would be completely fine, and that she knows how to do it and reassured me that there would be zero problem whatsoever and it would come out great. She did the balyage on all my hair including the hair extensions and it looks pretty good while the color was still in. Then, she took me to wash my hair and it all went downhill. I told her I had extensions and that she would have to be super gentle and super careful because they could come apart if she tugged too much and that she should not rub them together very hard. Well, she didn't listen. She ripped out about 2 tracks of hair and then she told me and said, 2 tracks are out get them fixed later at your regular salon. Then she finished washing my hair and put conditioner and balled all my hair up to put under the heat lamp. I was upset, but I didn't say anything because I didn't know what to say and just thought that I could see my girl to tighten the tracks the next day. After I came out of the heat lamp, she undid my hair and a huge portion of my hair was a huge ball of tangled extensions and hair. It tangled that way because she did not carefully wash it and because she ripped out 2 tracks of hair and it all got stuck together. She literally washed my hair so roughly that she ripped 2 tracks of extensions out which were sewn in. After that, I began to panic and cry a little and she said, it's not my fault, your hair is like that, let me try to untangle. So she and 2 other ladies began untangling my hair and nothing would work. I was crying at this point and she began to verbally abuse me. She said, you paid so little you got such a big deal. And then, I have no experience with extensions, we don't do them hair, I never dyed them, how am I supposed to know how to do hair extensions. Then she said, you will have to fix them at your regular salon, all I can do is pin them up with a little clip. Then I started getting upset, but I still wasn't yelling at this point or anything and I told her how i've gotten my hair done so many times with extensions and this never happened. Also, the extensions were not the problem, All the extensions to the side and to the middle are perfectly fine and still silky and took the color well. The problem was with the 2 tracks she ripped out and scrubbed together so hard they created a huge ball. After this, she began to yell at me and say I have so many customers and you're nothing. She didn't even finish my hair. She said "It's not my job to fix your hair, it's your hair, not my problem, I don't have to do anything for you." I was so upset. This woman ruined my hair, I had been nothing but cordial till that moment and she refused to even take responsibility for her actions. She keeps saying she did nothing wrong and started taking pictures of my hair and I asked her to stop. Then she said, I take pictures of all my customers you can't tell me not to take pictures of you. I began saying that she had to fix it or do something, and she literally threw my sweater at me and told me to get out. I was so upset that I called the local cops and asked them to come down and make her give me a refund. They came and the cop suggested I file a civil suit when he saw my hair. He told me that at the very least, [redacted] would 100% give me a refund and that I could file a civil suit because my hair was that horrendous. He said he would write up a report and I could access it. After that, I left, crying the entire way home. All in all, I had to go to super cuts and have them cut my extensions out of my hair. The rest of the extensions in my hair are 100% fine and smooth and silky, it was just the 2 entire tracks that this lady ruined and refused to take responsibility for. She is so so so so rude and has no sense of customer service and on top of that completely destroyed my hair.Desired Settlement: reimbursement for following items: hair extensions that were destroyed: 120 dollarscost of installation of hair extensions: 75 dollars cost of travel to and from salon including tolls: 10 dollars total of: 205 dollars
