When *** brought the table in to our office initially, she stated, "my husband put the tablet on the floor to charge, and I didn't see it and stepped on it"We then proceeded to state that we will replace the screen and go from thereIt is to be noted that there is no way that we can fully
tell if the table would be fully repaired without replacing the screen first - which we told her and she verbally approved the serviceMy assistant Juan called *** with the approximate cost on the screen & labor, which was $140.00, and she said OK to go ahead with the repair
After the screen was replaced, we could not get the tablet to power upAt that point I called *** & told her that it would not power up, and looking into this further, it could be the main board that controls the power plugI also mentioned about the 2nd board in the tablet that controls the touch portion of the tablet. *** then explained to me that the power plug had to be "wiggled" to get it to chargeShe stated that it was like this since they originally bought it So then we got a power plug and held it in tightly and was able to successfully charge itShe then stated that she would come by & pick it up - which she did
I few days later she called back explaining that the touch portion was not workingWe obviously knew this, and then mentioned to her again about the replacement of the 2nd board - the digitizer that controls the touch portionI attempted to return her call last Tuesday & Wednesday evening, (the 26th & 27th), but only got a busy signal, and could not leave a message on the phone number provided. I spoke to Jennifer on Friday the 29th, and I told her that I would order the digitizer and install it at my cost, and she agreed to do so
On Tuesday September 2nd at 10:a.mshe called screaming that I never called her back to confirm the part being orderedI told her that at 10:a.mI had just received confirmation that the part was in stock & at 10:a.mhad just received confirmation that the part was shipped, and would arrive this Friday the 5thCertainly any delay can be realized due to the Holiday, taking into account that this was only working day of time involved*** continued to scream at me, informing me that I was "quick" to take her money, but didn't fix the tablet - which we definitely knew all along was not completeAfter listening to her continue to yell and not allowing me to talk, I hung up
It is to be noted that at this time she has the tablet with a new screen in it, the digitizer will be arriving tomorrow, Friday the 5th), and I am expecting to have the tablet returned to have this part installedI NEVER made any notification what-so-ever that the unit was complete when she picked it upWe feel that she was confused during her statement about the power issue, and at that time felt it was finished
We are in a position to finish the job and satisfy the customer as needed - all she has to do is bring it in and it will be completed!

I am rejecting this response because:The story that he dictates it is not accurate in the least bit. Number one I did not scream at him and number two I called him the same day that I pick up the tablet to tell him that the touchpad was not working. The same day that I picked it up is the same afternoon that I called them and told them that it did not work correctly at all the touchpad did not work my husband even called and spoke to Juan who was supposed to relay the message to his boss want to be Mark about the problems and I have never heard anything back until the following Thursday . He didn't call me back at all. It took four days before I got a response and then he supposed to call me the next day telling me when the other part was supposed to come in he never called me I called him back the Tuesday after because Monday was a holiday now I can't understand why he cannot call me Friday nor Saturday which is one of his business days so I do not agree. I'm sorry that Mr. S[redacted] feels the way he does but I have better things to do with my time then to complain to the Revdex.com which I have never done about anyone prior to this incident.

Naturally, since the old screen was damaged, I cannot put it back on
